DR. OLIVER SACKS(July 1933 – August 2015) the late neurologist and author of Island of the Colorblind and The Man who Mistook his Wife for a Hat.

ODETTA (December 1930 – December 2008), Folk singer and human rights activist, often referred to as "The Voice of the Civil Rights Movement".

RONNIE GILBERT (September 1926 – June 2015) folk singer and political activist; one of the original members of the Weavers, along with Pete Seeger.

JOHN RENBOURN (August 1944 – March 2015) English guitarist and songwriter known for his folk group Pentangle; joined by Scottish folk singer ARCHIE FISHER.

DEAN KOONTZ, bestselling author of suspense thrillers, such as Sole Survivor and Intensity.
